Load the save.
Walk through the door and shoot the Queen in the face to get Yharnam, Pthumerian Queen

Use the lamp to head back to Hunter Dream
Walk over and shoot Moon Presence in the face for Childhood's Beginning

Other trophy might pop too. Grinding through the Chalice was a pain. The guns should kill them with one shot. Do not remove the armors since it have modded gem on thems.

If you want to use your own save. There are code here that I have made.

no it does not it does however need the game to be updated
