Load the save.
Walk through the door and shoot the Queen in the face to get Yharnam, Pthumerian Queen

Use the lamp to head back to Hunter Dream
Walk over and shoot Moon Presence in the face for Childhood's Beginning

Other trophy might pop too. Grinding through the Chalice was a pain. The guns should kill them with one shot. Do not remove the armors since it have modded gem on thems.

Hey... I dont know where am I wrong... I tried to use EU... game worked but its not at "Yharnam, Pthumerian Queen" neither its having any Chalice... Its in front of 1st BOSS.

Hmm strange. When I load the save (EU version) the character stands in front of the cleric beast boss room.
