Follow these instructions:

1) Go forward and turn right to find the survivors. Enter the elevator.
2) Choose Floor 2 once inside. You'll end up going back down to a scene with smoke. Choose Floor B. The choose Floor 2 again.
3) Leave the elevator and go straight ahead towards the cable car, but do NOT enter! Look right and see a poster on the wall. Walk up to it to collect a memory.
4) Go back to the elevator and choose Floor 1. Look left to see a door with a sparkle. Approach it to collect another memory. Be prepared for a "Don't Move" segment.
5) Go back to the elevator and choose Floor L. Look left again to find a painting with a sparkle. Approach it for the final memory and receive The Disturbing Truth (collect all memories).
6) Quit game and then resume game.
7) Go to the elevator again and choose Floor 2. Be quick or David dies.
After the scene with smoke, select Floor 1. You'll rescue Victor. Choose Floor 2 again. Be quick or Victor dies.
9) Head straight to the cable car and enter this time. You'll receive Unhinged (saved Victor), Don't Look Back (saved David, Ted, & Suzanne), and Barely Alive (saved yourself).
10) Watch the credits. Afterwards, you'll get another scene. Choose all three answers on the left side. You'll receive Personal Hell (you were committed) and Abandoned (saw all events leading to
closure of Blackwood)
11) Repeats steps 7-9. Watch the credits again. At the final scene, this time choose all three answers on the right side. You'll receive Sealed Lips (convinced the cops you'd stay quiet).

1) When offered the cockroach to eat, decline it twice. You'll receive Through Gritted Teeth (resisted temptation).
2) Quite and resume. Decline the first offer to eat the cockroach but ACCEPT the second offer. You'll receive Lowest Ebb (succumbed to temptation).

Four more trophies:

1) Head left at the fork and run into David. Treat him with honesty and kindness, you need his trust. Follow him but stay behind him.
2) When David says "Bragg's office is right around the corner", start looking to your left as you follow him for a door with a glowiing handle. Open this door and head to the projector. Interact and watch the movie. You'll receive Horror Film (found the projector).
3) Once in Bragg's office, continue to be honest and kind. Suzanne will beg the doctor to come with. When prompted, agree with her. You'll receive Depths of Despair (left Bragg alone to his fate).
4) Follow Suzanne and David to the door leading outside. Once David makes it across, Suzanne will ask if she should go next or if you want to go. You need to go next. When prompted to "Don't Move", ignore it and shake your head so you fail the quicktime. David will come to your rescue and get killed. You'll receive Blood on Your Hands (you're responsible for David's death).
5) Quit but don't resume. Reload this save to your system. Then resume.
6) Meet David again, but this time lie and choose angry choices. Listen to his responses, it's imperative he does NOT trust you. Follow him to Braggs, and again agree with Suzanne.
7) Follow David and Suzanne to the door outside again. David again goes first. Suzanne will again ask who goes second, and you will again choose yourself. You'll get the same prompt to "Don't Move" and you'll again ignore it and shake your head. This time Suzanne will come to your rescue and get killed. You'll receive Sacrificial Lamb (you're responsible for Suzanne's death).

Four more trophies:

1) Enter the elevator. Once Ted gets in, quickly choose Floor 2 or David dies.
2) After the smoke scene, choose Floor 1.
3) After Victor gets in, quickly choose Floor 2 or Victor dies.
4) Get out of the elevator and follow Ted. He'll tell you you need to stay behind. Ask him for redemption. Then say yes you'll stay behind. Once Ted tells you time is running out, the button that was behind Ted will sparkle. Click it quickly. You'll receive Ultimate Sacrifice (stayed behind to operate the cable car).
5) Watch the credits, then you'll get a new scene. You'll receive The Wendigo (chased Hannah and Beth from Until Dawn).
6) Quite and resume.
7) Go into the elevator again, but this time do nothing after Ted enters. David dies.
After the smoke scene, choose Floor 1. After Victor gets in, do nothing. Victor dies.
9) Exit the elevator and follow Ted. When you get your first dialogue choice, choose "You're not a monster". For the next choice, threaten Ted and say "You're not staying behind". Ted dies. You'll receive Monstrosity (Ted died) and Dead by Dawn (nobody survived).

There are only four trophies left not associated with these saves, and they're best done from the very beginning. If you've already used the other posted saves, this is all that's left and it's very easy. Start a new game and don't worry about dialogue choices. You'll get these all very quickly. Just progress through the first part:

1) Answer the doctor's questions any way you want. You'll receive Disorientation (met Braggs).
2) *IMPORTANT* - From this point on, once in your cell, check the calendar EVERY time you can stand and walk! You'll receive Time Lapsed (checked the calendar while confined to your room). I don't remember exactly where this popped, but if you get to the part where the cell door is open and there are cockroaches everywhere without the trophy, you missed it. So be diligent in this.
3) After going through the tutorial of how to move, your escort will leave the room and his papers will be on your bed rest. Pick them up and flip them over to view a memory. You'll receive Fragmented (discovered a memory). You may get this trophy during the prior scene with the doc since that's technically the first memory. I don't remember where this popped.
4) After you go to bed and have your first dream, you'll receive Stuff of Nightmares (experienced your first dream).

And that's it. This save set is now complete.

Is anyone able to change the Region on these saves, tried with Xploder but as per usual it's rubbish. When will Save Wizard be able to re-region saves?

If a Save is above 4.50 dont even attempt to re region it with Xploder

Unless I'm just missing it, I don't see it listed on Save Wizard's website, so no. It would need both Save Wizard support AND Advanced Mode.

anyone happen to have the save for update 3? the rest download fine but that one infinite loops with a generating new key message.
