What error message? What does SW say under "System Information" for the save?
Edit: Just noticed your problem is when loading it in the game. Are you sure that you have this exact same CUSA number? US region download or US region disc?

Just tested the save and I have to this that this is an amazing save.
I have tested every Nioh save on this forum and this one is so far the best one (if you are using 1.21 latest patch). The character is truly op and has insane damage, but you can still get two shot on the way of Nioh (so watch out for that). Lots of end game gear and equipment plus all the skills unlocked and already set. I just ran through some "way of the Wise" missions and its a piece of cake with this build.
Thanks a lot again. I can finally finish the way of demon DLC missions and trophies.
