It says "[US] [EU]" but CUSA04093 is EU & US is CUSA06569. So this is only EU not both. Much appreciated, but confusing too.

The thread was posted February last year before forum got an update that added region prefixes in titles. After the update all threads got an automatic [US] put in the title, even eu ones. And not every thread was corrected since then.

So, you should mostly ignore the colored region prefixes in threads that are more than 6 months old and check the original title and the CUSA code itself.

It's not that the OP deliberately put a misleading information in their title. They actually put the right region. It's just forum updated and automatically added [US] to it.
