Been there!!! I'm currently 22 but until I was 19/20 I lived in a spot were we only had dial up!!! Currently our internet is fucking awesome though I am soon going to be paying for my own business connection so I will have to drop the package down a level... But, I feel your pain bro!

This UI could be completely different from the one we get. Remember the PS3 UI a lot of it never came to market.
We also don't know the name of it yet or what Sony is calling it. Based on what's been shown off so far it looks like an updated version of the store.
