With the newest firmware you're able to deactivate your account on an another console with the PS4 itself.

Before the update you needed to deactivate your account with the PS4 console which was set to primary to activate it on an another console (or every 6 months via PC). When you now want your account as primary you're asked if you want to deactivate the other console.

Yeah I wonder can this always be used or would the other system have to be on to do it? I mean what if the other system is offline?

Ah, nice. I had to wait 6 months to deactivate from PC, so this is nice.
