Probably 500+ hours spent on Burnout Paradise, would be the most I've ever put into a single game.

Skyrim easily 1000 +++ between ps3 and ps4. Also Fallout 3 NV and 4. Depending on my mood whether to shoot them or slash the hell out of them!

Only have some great numbers on PC games, like Lineage II - over 9k hours, League of Legends - over 3k hours.
PlayStation games take less game time, usually I dont play after platinum, but have some exceptions.
Monster Hunter World 140 hours
Tom Clancy's Division 130 hours
Skyrim (ps4) 200+ hours
the Elder Scrolls online (ps4) 500+ hours
