When you 'prestige' you gain a teeth so you in theory you can change your prestige to the amount of teeth you want for example Prestige 1000 for 1000 teeth. Then once you spent the teeth you can probably go back incase the teeth doesn't stick after when you derank your account back to 10th or 15th prestige or w.e.
