my usb is inserted and i can see pkgs in install package menu
i updated multiman because it supports 4.60

If you can use mm without 4.60 then dont do it. I have mine at 4.55.1 and im on 4.60

And just delete your update data for that game and just launch the game and it will update itself

You could try to install a .pkg update.
