My PC is connected with a LAN cable to the Router and my PS3 is connected over WiFi so is it possible to RTE then? The problem is that I can't connect my PS3 with a LAN cable to the Router..

Just use a cable between your PS3 and computer, no need for a router. If you can't do that then you are not serious enough about it so just install CCAPI and that will work over wireless, just you can not use the DEX only tools.
