Only on CFW. Most DLC for PS3 comes in .pkg files which can be installed directly on CFW. OFW won't accept them.

In fact, you don't even need to torrent it. If you Google "PSNDL", someone has made a program to search for and download DLC for any game you choose. Only usable with CFW, of course.
