You should be able to still use ita manager

Nope i cant ? it just black screen

Pretty sure PS3ITA Manager doesn't work on 4.65. Only on 4.50 and lower.

Ok so you have a 4.65 cfw ps3 and now you want to gain access online so firstly you will need to go on install package files then go on ps3 system storage after you went on that it should say REBUG_TOOLBOX_02.02.01 press X to install after you done that:
Step 1.) Open up Rebug Toolbox
Step 2.) Make sure system mode is set to REBUG (if its not then do it)
Step 3.) go to the right hand corner then go right down
Step 4.) press X on Change Active PS3ID
Step 5.) Select CEX
Have fun going online

I have the same problem too lol i had 4.46.1 D-Rex and i used psita and now i cant In order to get online you need to set a console id to the system and i dont how to i used psita like i said. I post something here if i find out how to
