Just turn ur ps3 off open it and dont sing in (if u are singed in and u need to close ur ps3 sing out wont work)
then mod ur cars and then go online again the safest way 2 . is to mod ur cars offline then save turn ur ps3 off and then back to lobby online u will not get banned 100%

Good to avoid getting caught actually modding, but OFW save got banned when I went too fast in a hybrid I built in my CFW system not online.. Ive also driven my Civette regularly no issues. I do burn outs and doughnuts like crazy in it freaking peeps out "WTF V8 RWD Civic" lol but not yet banned from it.

Yeah any modding while online will get you burned but also depends on what you do online with the cars, on an OFW system or not.

Shouldn't say "not get banned 100%" because its not true.
