I don't know how to add an .esp file to a .esm file but i asked this guy to add the mod to his patch for me and he did Happy so yea, here the link for it, it has the rings of power in them, so download it and give him a thanks.

Open UPDATE.ESM
Copy/Paste records from ESP into ESM
Save as ESM
