If yes, What did they say?:- Many excuses like my computer broke, spent it, fees ,i was on vacation, I already refunded you

I have contacted him on psn which the responses were quick but he kept saying he already refunded but is not the case. I have sent two money requests for $40 and the first one was denied as he told me that their are fees and I decided just to send another request and the status is pending. He told me he cant refund because he his comouter is getting fixed and then said he spent some of the money. He also says he has codes but when I ask for them, I get no reply. I told him when are you going to refund me and he said soon and when asked again he didnt respond, I ask again and hasnt responded in 2 days. I have also posted messages saying wheres the codes on the vistor messages on his profile but he continues to delete them

I have not received an email from paypal and I checked paypal and no such a thing is true. Take a screenshot of that transaction. Use snagit like I did

The transaction on paypal as Im suppose to be the one recieveing an email from paypal as paypal ALWAYS gives me notifications on EVRYTHING includeing all those requests I sent, even paypal sent an email to me telling me I requested my money back

hes appartently not going to pay, just ban him, if he still needs to say something he can contact me on psn like he did before. Man this is the main reason I havent donated to go premium, its cuz of these heavy scams
