Other comments: Basically, he said he would record a fileshare clip for me on his HD PVR and send it to me. But, he sent me this clip that's recorded with a digital camera on a tripod. Then, he said he couldn't refund me because he had spent the vBux already (he spent it as soon as i brought up the refund) but he still had enough to refund me! I mean look at his rep, even Dopey calls him a scammer! I repped him because, i thought it was going to go all good w/o any problems. But honestly, i just want a refund or a legit HD PVR recording i didn't really want to turn this into a dispute, but he asked for it
I tried to give him some leisure before i made a dispute but he never replied...

Contacted the user. He has 24 hours to reply.

He said he wanted a video, he has a video. I did NOT scam him.

Anyway I guess it was for nothing here, I gave the vBux back.
You can keep the video and don't ever ask me again.
