Once again... Refund it, either through clicking the "Details" > "Issue a refund" You must login or register to view this content.
if you can't somehow wont let you & you accept/agree to the DISPUTE click the dispute up there i can see, respond & agree, so gets cancelled/refunded back to me. FFS, it's not that hard.
