Other comments: i bought a cod black ops rank up and i payed him $5 to rank me up to 50 when i was level 40, he then ranked me up to level 44 and he said he was done, so i said to refund me $2.50 or half, and he never did.

He says he's trying to refund you but you havent claimed it.

You dont have to claim anything, unless you havent comfirmed your email, i comfirmed my email 2 years ago when i first got paypal. i have checked my email and it dosent say i have to comfirm it. every other person that has renfunded me has not had any problem and i got it right away so....
