He didn't steal any account. They guy scammed and is trying to find a way out.

I didnt scam anyone, i just got my account back yesterday. I had to reset password because someone hacked, and stole my account.

Also, Can Please Post The Paypal Account Email, Cause I Can Assure You Its Not Mine. I Wouldnt Ever Scam Anyone.

As for the account getting hacked/jacked I simply don't buy it. The account owner is responsible for his account and what happens with it. Its easy to scam a few people and blame it on a hacker to get away with it.

If the owner was careful enough the account would not get hacked in the first place. He should be made to compensate those scammed IMO.
