3 days later , he messages me saying he wants the acc back , because he can get 100+ for it .
i said yes ,full refund and he can have it back.
psn was down at the time of purchase. the account has since been password reset.

so 20+ days later and i have no account or my refund

paypal have been informed, and i have started a dispute/ escalated a claim against him.

Contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply.

I didnt scam you I sent you incorrect info by accident since I didn't know it & I sent you the actual info. I barely use ngu anymore so don't expect msgs from here, But I changed my mind about the refund. We agreed for you givin me $ for the account & I sent it to you, yes the first one was incorrect my fault but check the new pass I sent, done.
