How did you purchase: Purchased an account from him for 400k vBux while psn was down and when it came back up i asked him for the information cuss he needed to change the pass he said he would give it to me the next day but he did not.

Other Comments: He hasnt logged on since 5/18/11. I doubt he will log back on soon. I just want to get my vBux back and get rid of people like this.

He needs to refund you what he owes you. The only case where we refund vBux is when the user is infracted for scamming. We need to wait and see.

and i told you that you needed to change the info since it was your account and it required you to change the pass. you didnt give me the info till psn was back up and it didnt work. you said okay, ill give it to you tomorrow. you logged on and never gave it to me even after i sent you a pm asking for it.
