If yes, What did they say?:- He said its in Dublin, and aload of other bullshit. He also said he would give me a Tracking Number so I could track it myself. All in PM's, he denys, I will show.

I want a full refund or a tracking number of My ps3.
If he is not lying, which I doubt.

Im also stuck for money this month, and really want my PS3 or need my money back ASAP.

I have contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply. Please note that there is another dispute against him, and he seems to ignore it...

If he ignores and doesnt refund me what happens? :S

He gets permanently banned from NGU.

If you want to give him more time you can do that. NGU can't do anything more then infract users for scamming, the rules clearly state that we are not responsible for any scams. We do our best to prevent them.
