Proof:The Proof that i have is a user by the name of [ Durk ]
Apparently he has bought my Xbox Account from FusionBeats67.
After BeatFusions67 had said he had sent my account information back to me.
I also have all the messages in my Inbox of this deal that i have been scammed in !.


When did this happen:This happened about two and a half months ago.
So i can still dispute this.

How did you purchase: I didn t he asked for my account for a 1,600
micrsoft points card

How much?:for a microsoft card

Have you contacted the scammer?:-yes
If yes, What did they say?:- That he sent the account info but it was wrong

Other comments:He said he wanted to see if my Xbox account was legitimate.
So me being a trusting and obliging person I sent him my account information.
Then he said he did not want to do the Deal.
And sent me back the information for My xbox account.
I Tested the information he sent back to me it was wrong Password/Email.
Then i said to him the Info is wrong.
He replied well that is your problem not mine.
The account Information had been obviously changed by him.

I would like to get my account back
I would like the user Durk to be refunded
And quite frankly i would like this user to be BANNED as he is in 2 other disputes.

And on a personal note i do appreciate all that the Moderators do for this great
website Next Gen Update and saddened by Scam artists that ruin it.

You have contacted the the scammer and i am grateful for that.
I checked his home page he was online today.
He probably seen he was caught by me and went offline as soon as he seen he
had to report for his crime he logged off so he would not have to.

He actually went offline 30 minutes before this dispute was made, so he most likely hasn't seen it.

Well i made this yesterday but i used the wrong layout so it got deleted i also messaged him
about this yesterday so when he logged on he would have seen my comment on his home page.
So he obviously new he had been asked to another dispute

But thank you for looking into this dispute i appreciate it a lot all i want is my account back
and Durk get his vbux as he was involved in this as well.

It has been 24 hours and he has been on again and still has not replied to
this this dispute.

He seems to be ignoring the dispute, do you wish to give him more time? If not I will infract him for scamming.

I would like to give him more time as if i do not how will i get my
account back because he sold it to Durk for 3 million vbux so i
want him to pay for his crimes but thank you for giving me the option.

So Durk have the account now? If he does, a solution could be; Durk give you the account, we give Durk 3 million vBux and the scammer gets banned, unless he replies to the dispute.
