If yes, What did they say?:- I gave 3 hours to come up with the account , but no response , has deleted me on AIM , and is still not answering on NGU !

He seems to be ignoring the dispute. So unless you want to give him more time he will be permanently banned from the NGU forums.

No refund yet , just refund the money and everything will be okay ! or send me the details of the account , its not that hard .

Just ban him , hes not giving me my money back.
