PM'ed my Paypal to him.

I have yet to receive it after 16 hours, I will not be able to access NGU until tomorrow evening, so I will not be able to confirm or deny any refund until then.

Hope you understands that if he does not confirm that you have refunded him tomorrow you will be permanently banned.
