Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes, after i sent him a money via paypal $23.00, i sent him a message on psn saying $23 SENT
If yes, What did they say?:- He said "why 23" i then responded "cuz thats what i has on 1 debit card.. send all account details now." He has yet to respond to the message.. and i have sent him 2 more messages through PSN asking for the account details.. but he will not respond to any of them.

Contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply.

His 24 hour response period is up.. he has NOT responded.. therefore I am entitled to a $23 paypal refund.. or a ton of vbux for this unsuccessful transaction on his part.
