Other comments: He was trying to sell his pvr, i was interested and would only buy it if he listed it on ebay. He finally did and i bought it for £80. He never sent the item and i disputed the case. After a while the case was escalated and the ebay team saw it in my favour and refunded me my £80. Nevertheless he is still a scammer and deserves to be banned/stripped of premium or let everyone be known of his scamming prowess.

Contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply.

The user has been banned, I recommend that you dispute the transaction on PayPal and eBay.
