Gave him vbulletin license, customer number + password, with account for $20, and he wont send me $20
He said its un-licensed, but it is, cause he went on the account, and cancelled the vbulletin on my website.

Other comments: The license is a total of $279, and I sold it to him for CHEAP $20, and he changed the password, and isnt paying me.
