When did this happen: I saw his venom signature and i was like wow its amazing.I asked for a gamebattles banner and i paid upfront he came back with this You must login or register to view this content. . He made a sign to his liking i complaint and i ask to edit the sign he agreed. i waiated over 7 days and nothing. he then said he will refund me if i wanted. I told him ill let him re edit the sign. He lied and didn't make a different one. Now he said he's not making one. And i get what i pay for. I paid what he asked and was very polite.

If yes, What did they say?:- At first he said he would refund then he said he would re make it. Now he said deal with it!

Other comments: He needs to close that sign shop if that's how he treats his customers. Also want a full refund

I guess if he doesn't give me the run around, I am not an unfair person. But i will state that he stated that he had it already made a re-edit. And just ignored all my messages when i asked for it, i believe waiting more than a week for something you paid is unfair. I will wait then, if not will like a refund whenever he makes a banner for someone else
