If yes, What did they say?:- He said he had to go in 5mins so i rapidly went on paypal and sent him the 18$ He said ooh, and gave me another password.

Other comments: He signed off and left without giving me the right pass word.
I would like a refund of 18$$ or he gives me the right psn info!!!

He keeps changing the login info, and keeps claiming that i scamming him when im clearly not....
Then he goes offline again. I even show him the page with qriocity.com!!! The login always fail which each set of login infos.. CONTACT HIM ASAP.

Why isnt he responding he was online 3 times today..

User failed to respond to this dispute even when online. He is now permanently banned, I suggest you contact paypal or sony to retrieve what is yours.
