Other comments: User originally agreed on $50 after i suggested that price to him. He then said half and half, half of the money before he ships it and half of the money after i receive it. Some days later i got a VM saying this:

If you originally agree on $50 dollars for the phone, you don't come back a day or two later, after I ALREADY PAYED THE 25$ saying that your selling the phone now for $100 dollars. If you were in a real world business buddy, you'd be ****IN fired! Reported user to paypal already, they are looking into him, and soon gonna be reporting to the police. I think that's nuff said now
