wowow dude, first off, this free download was released AFTER i sold it to you, thats not my problem, second of all, you did not contact me, and if you did i haven't been on NGU for a while as I am on vacation and recently bought wi-fi to watch football on the internet,

to mod: it is not my fault that the program was released free after i sold it to this member, it was not free before another member released it free. i don't see why he should receive a refund for something he bought, which was later released for free........also to mods, i don't have wi-fi all the time and won't until i get home on the 1st of september, so if we are going to deal with this properly, please don't punish me until i can have my say in this argument, thanks

P.S. the program was leaked off HF by a member of NGU, thats why the thread gives a free download, it's being solf for REAL MONEY on HF

This doesn't seem like an intentional scam. Unfair as **** yes. But there is nothing to be done. Just to name one example, as most people know the PC game team fortress 2 just became free as well. I bought the game full price two weeks before. So I got screwed, just like you. But it's still not scamming. I really don't see any reason to keep this dispute going.

No, not necessarily. Unless the seller agrees to do so, nothing can be done.
