How did you purchase: I sold something to him (But he scammed and didn't send money)

If yes, What did they say?:- I contacted on PSN and NGU No reply but He sent me a BLANK message on PSN then deleted me.
Other comments: I'VE WORKED HARD ON THE ACCOUNT AND I WANT IT FUKCING BACK NOW!!!!
