I had bought a YouTube account creator (Aspire) and he told me that he would give me any updates that came out for it but he can't get them anymore so I want my vBux back. He just got news today so I DO NOT want a scammer user title on him because he is not a scammer, he just can't provide a update so he is going to refund.
