When did this happen: about 2 days ago i believe

that what i'm talkin about pp is paypal if ur acct linked all you gotta do is send you don't need 2 transfer

I have no money on my pp. I have to transfer money to my paypal...Now i have time to rank up...

you don't have 2 transfer click on send money and if you have none on paypal it will take it out of your linked bank acct or whatever you do not need 2 transfer that takes way longer
