If yes, What did they say?:- They would pay, however still no payment.
Other comments:
They have been online multiple times and are now ignoring my messages. I sent a pm 24 houra ago saying if he hadnt paid within the 24 hour period I would open this dispute. His profile states he has since been online since I sent the pm and he has not responded. I have kept all inboxes and replied messages as proof. I completed the order and synced all the trophies to his account as can be seen on his psn profile.

I'm still waiting for some kind of response from someone as its been much longer than the 24 hours time frame indicated by the mod. Its actually been more like 72. The user in question has been online multiple times yet still hasn't responded to the complaint as they know they're in the wrong and have no intention in ever paying. It concerns me that the offender has no form of warning on their ID as a warning to other NGU members.
