What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? He put MAG at 0% on my psn account

Proof: I will give a Mod my psn id and they can check my trophy progress on MAG - please note a friend earned one trophy earlier in the year but he told me it would cost $200 to get completed.

When did this happen: Mid April 2010

How did you purchase: Did not purchase did not want the 0%

Have you contacted the scammer?:- I've asked him repeatedly over the past 2 years - he has always denied it.

We agreed a Plat trade and psn content.
He was the only person with my psn account details, he had been working on a Plat, minutes after sync'ing progress he started MAG.
I questioned him about it and he denied charges.

Over the years I've asked a few times and the lies began the last time I opened a dispute against him:

I don't have the game - so the 0% he put on my account just sits there (put aside the 1trophy earned by a friend with my permission).
It costs $200 for the full Plat - I don't trust him so I will not let him on my account, he can give payment to a Mod who can pass onto me and I have someone who will complete the job.

Also around the same time he gave his friends my account details with the objective of downloading paid content from my psn store.
I did catch one of his little friends, to ensure he deactivated my account he got his account details, changed them and returned them once I knew the account was back without a slot messing - giving my account details to someone else with the express view of downloading is a breach of our rules and that alone warrants a perma ban.

There has been many many many more incidents with M4 over the past 2 and a half years but the 2 above are the most serious.

because how i know this is because when i was on my account and when ever i check to see if i could login he messaged me back a couple times saying it wasnt you and he gave me his ngu name... keep up the lies jedt

you can tell i borrowed it because april 12th was the last day i earned a set of trophies and then i started poping them in october once i bought the game myself..

and i didn't need your online i only needed online for when i was duping weapons and when i needed help on some levels

Mods surely you can see this guy is out of control...how many disputes have gone against to date?
How many accounts has he had?
He was banned for scamming me last year...yet hes back again.
