If yes, What did they say: To open the dispute
Other comments: I would of been understanding had he kept me updated with the progress on the speakers or atleast said that he couldn't get the SE to work and that he would give me my money back, but he didn't.

I don't have the speakers anymore as I had to send them back to logitech as my method was charged for no reason He won't take the refund I don't know what to do I don't have the speakers .... I can send the refund on paypal so were even I love NGU and don't want a Perm Ban.....
