How about we resolve this quickly, when we started this deal, he didn't have the a open dispute, but whatever, now he has two, and I don't see how he plans on coming up with the 9,400,000.00 vBux (my 8 million, plus the 1.4 he'll be taxed for not being elite), plus he's had a week to gather up the funds. A mod or admin can check my PMs, I don't delete a single PM. So, can he just be banned and me refunded?

Yeah, I know he can't be insta perma banned, but I figured I'd throw it out there as he's had 10 days to resolve his other dispute, which he obviously hasn't, as per the VM left for him by the other guy. So I figured he'd just try to drag it out, and I'm not interested in BSing this around for to long.
