Happened yesterday morning at 7 something A.M., still no reply, but user has time to get on and change his name hoping that will help.

When did this happen: Yesterday morning, around 7 A.M.

How did you purchase: I sold, and he was supposed to pay via PayPal.

How much?: $20 PSN Card (US Region)

Did you; - Sell?

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:- Their PayPal is messed up, etc. (Showed in spoiler).

Other comments: I don't understand why he would do this, I've heard he was a legit user, etc.

He has been online and ignored all four of his disputes. It's pretty obvious he has no intention of sorting this matter out.
