Okay what paypal do you use and can you snap me showing that your skype has had a password change also.
If you're telling the truth he going to need to dispute with paypal about this.

I repeat what I stated earlier if your Skype has been hacked why have you not updated your thread saying it was ?

Because when I check your IP against your Skype IP it the same IP. Which means you were the last person who logged in unless that person has a VPN which happens to use the same IP.

If you're going to scam somebody please have to the balls to say you tried instead of lying to me.

A, Carry on with the lies and get permanent banned
B, Yep I tried to scam refund the kid
C, Yep I tried to scam not going to refund him
D, Complete the deal
Each option has it's own punishment when it comes to scamming.
24 hours to decide have a nice day.
