How much?: 140$ Gave Him 20 dollars directly to his paypal account and he said it was fine if i gave him a paypal card that had 120$ and he confirmed it.

If yes, What did they say?:- Nothing I Contacted Him On ngu and skype and he deleted me on skype

Other comments: He Said If i dont make a video tomorrow to activate my paypal card but thats not fair because its my card and he can redeem it anytime he also still has my 20$ He Hasn't Responded to any of my messages.

If he is legit i should receive my package tomorrow since ups doesn't deliver on monday because of labor day. if my package isn't here tomorrow you can ban him... it will make me more happy if you ip ban him
