What is the item that was bought/sold/traded?

- GTA V level and money service

Proof: I can't provide my PM's due to not being able to look at my sent messages but I assume a moderator/admin can. Here is him saying everything is good to go though after I sent him the card number with $20 on it:

When did this happen: First contact was made on 10/16/13

How did you purchase: MoneyPak (which is a paypal card)

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:- He said my account was the problem, even though he is the only person to attempt to mod it, and continued to say that he would finish providing the service.

Other comments: I requested level 120 with 1.2 billion dollars and he has only gotten me 50 milliion with a rank of negative 2 thousand and something (or something crazy like that). At this point I would just like my money back so I can get the service done by someone who knows what they're doing.
