I contacted the accused scammer, if he doesn't give you your price in the next 24 hours, he will be infracted for hosting a fake giveaway.

This is the email he sent and I did this on Friday as promised. I couldn't message him to say it's been paid because I'm using this app for forums and cos he has a star in his username the app isn't recognising his name. Need more proof just ask
