What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? 100 plats for $100

When did this happen: since 29/9/2013
How did you purchase: paypal
How much?: $100
Did you;
- Buy? X
- Sell?
- Trade?
Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes far too often
If yes, What did they say?:- That they would sync the plats (but has only had 20 synced to my account), that he has been busy with work etc....
Other comments: i want $80 paid back to me as this has gone on for long enough and i cant wait for this to end
