the sad thing is i didnt even get to use the account with the 30 psn, 5 mins after i logged on the account he changed the password and email

This wasn't going anywhere so I decided to go on TeamViewer with Tha_NinJa!, he proved me that the deal happened offsite, and that the accused 'Inspect Element'd' the message.
Also, a part of the deal happened on Skype.
