the problem is, I dont need/want a psn card and would like to sell it? but i dont actually have the card just the code that he sent me

how should i go about proving that its real? ive played with him enough to believe its not stolen, but others would probably not believe him or me. should i have him send me a picture of the card/receipt if he still has them to prove ownership? thank you to anyone who can help me out!
