The deal was originally $50 for 1250 folders but i changed my mind due to various reasons of my package being at a low price... he payed $20 but is now refusing to pay for the other $40 he owes me.... he agreed to it yesterday and now he's refusing.

I would NEVER sell my folders for that amount or anyone but he had wanted them for his services... also due to the fact we were good friends...
