Nice try. I NEVER speak with my costumers because I don't have the time for that. I just log into their accounts do what they want and that's it and Free services doesn't exist in my business.

I have a friend who was in there ingame as my proof. Why would I record it? I have someone who can probably confirm for me tomorrow that you said it was free. Them messages prove nothing now, you said to me it was free. I even sent you a message after saying TY for the free class.

My proof is the guy ingame was with me watching. He can confirm you said to me never mind, take this for free I have to go deal with other business.

can you provide some images / recording etc saying he did this free? if you have no proof, I can only go off what the dispute tells me, and don't give me something like "ask a friend". I need images / video, for proof he has said to you that the service is free.
